The staff is really welcoming and friendly. They made us feel at home and were there to help with whatever we needed. Always smiling :) The location is excellent, close to everything and it was probably the best thing we could ask for. We traveled anywhere by foot from the hotel, maximum distance to any site was up to 25 minutes, letting us cover the whole city without ever needing to use a taxi or public transportation. The room is very stylish and clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is tasty and the variety is good. Will definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!

A modern, charming boutique hotel in a very handy location. Our room had everything you need, a brilliant shower and bathroom, with eco friendly toiletries, fluffy white dressing gowns and slippers and a really good hairdryer. There was plenty of room in the wardrobe with loads of hangers and not the ones you have to fight with to use. It was all spotlessly clean and very quiet, with air conditioning that worked very well. Crisp high quality cotton sheets and room service that appeared twice per day. If I had one tiny issue, it was the bed was a bit too hard but that is personal preference. The hotel is in a quiet street in a central location, easy to walk to many sights and beside a taxi rank if you need it. 4 minute walk to Hostaria Romano, the best meal of our trip and there are many other bars and restaurants close by. Room Mate Filippo is a clean, modern property in the heart of Rome with good access to the various neighborhoods and sites. Our room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, sizable closet and small desk. We found the gift of a good bottle of sparkling wine and fruit upon entering our room -- always appreciated after a long day of train travel! The bathroom was especially well-lighted and spacious with good water pressure in the shower and nice amenities. We appreciated the eye toward sustainability! The hotel staff were kind, very friendly and competent. The breakfast staff were especially friendly, and the included breakfast options were varied and healthy. A well-appointed fitness center was an excellent amenity.

The breakfast room (included with the stay) was well stocked with a variety of options and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is situated on a quiet street (alley) and has restaurants nearby. There is a Hop-on Hop-Off bus stop a short distance from the hotel. The hotel was new and modern with pleasing decor, a wonderful quiet common room decorated as a library/study, and an outside patio area for relaxing with a drink. The hotel was completely accessible with a no step entry, an elevator large enough to accommodate a scooter and a walk/roll in shower.
